FAQ

1.How to book a room?

You can book a room in 3 ways:

Book online using the booking module. To do this, you need to select a hotel in the booking module (located at the top of the site), then the required dates of stay, the number of people in the room and press the button "Check availability" You will see a page on which all rooms available for booking will be indicated, you select a room and click the "Book" button. A page will open for you where you will need to enter your data and click the "continue" button. You will see a window with full information about the reservation, click the "Book" button. You can pay for your reservation within 20 minutes by following the link.

2. How can I pay for the number?

When booking online, you can pay by credit card following the link.

When booking by phone or via mail, the manager will offer you two options:

Payment by bank account
Payment by credit card upon confirmation.


3. What happens if I don't pay on time?

For payment through the booking module, you are given 20 minutes, if during this time the payment has not been received, the booking is automatically canceled.

When booking by phone or mail, you need to pay within 24 hours, but no later than 3 days before arrival *. If the payment is not received on the specified lines, the reservation will be canceled.

4. How can I cancel my reservation?

Cancellation must be made at least 3 days before arrival *, if cancellation occurs less than 3 days, penalties will be charged.

5. How to get a refund if the booking has been paid for?

If the cancellation deadline is not subject to penalties, we will refund your money:

6. How to book a room by bank transfer?

If you need to make a payment from a legal entity - send an application on a letter head to the manager by mail reservation@uaha.com
