The baths of the Ungvarsky Ethno-Wellness Hotel (Carpathian and Russian Baths) are traditional Slavic steam baths made by the best Transcarpathian masters. Using the unique technology of "masonry on clay", for the bath complex "Ungvarsky" two stoves were created, which fundamentally distinguish our steam from the "houses" with Finnish metal stoves, which some mistakenly call baths. The presence of a swimming pool and a pump room with mineral water in the Carpathian Bath, a salt room in the Russian Bath is something that will not leave indifferent any connoisseur of bath procedures.

Russian bath
From time immemorial, our ancestors attached great importance to the purity of the body, so it is not surprising that such a unique phenomenon as the Russian bath, appeared in the territories inhabited by Slavs. In Transcarpathia, such a traditional bath has taken root along with other types of baths, some of which are unique ("Hungarian bath").

Complementing the "Russian bath" with a salt room allows you to integrate bath procedures into comprehensive programs of renovation and rehabilitation of the health center "Ungvarsky".

"Russian bath" includes a steam zone, a salt room, a rest zone, cold water tubs, a locker room and a shower. The steam room is designed for up to 15 guests. Our "Russian bath" is an ideal place to celebrate birthdays, corporate events and any holidays with up to 30 guests.

Carpathian bath
The traditions of Hutsuls and Ruthenians, combined with the richness of forests and rivers, healing herbs and mineral waters, allowed us to create on the basis of all these resources an original and unique "Carpathian bath". The optimal ratio of temperature and humidity in the bath, Carpathian herbal teas and honey, oak brooms and sweets, will provide our guests with a pleasant and healthy stay.

"Carpathian bath" includes a recreation area, steam room, swimming pool with mineral water, locker room and shower. The bath is designed for up to 5 guests (maximum 6 people).

Bathing in vats (baths) is a regional variation of the bath culture, with the help of which our people gained strength, maintained their health and simply rested.

"Ungvarska Kupil" is located on the territory of the complex and is located at a depth of 6 meters underground. This creates a unique atmosphere and enchants immediately after the event. Due to the mass and specially designed shape of the vat, the heat that accumulates when heating water is transferred to the body evenly and penetrates deep into the body, warming and enhancing the overall effect of bathing in mineral water.
